Timidity doesnt run as deamon

Playing Midi-files works fine at my Kubuntu now, if i start the deamon at commandline with 
timidity -iA -B2,8 -Os1l -s 44100

The Timidity startup-script in init.d doesn't run at bootup. If i try to deamon with start option it doesnt work either.

Maybe something is wrong with my startup script (its the build in script that comes with ubuntu)?
Maybe someone can send his working startup script?
