error message after upgrade with update-manager

I have the same issue.

Hoary - updated to date except for the OO packages

Open Office 2 beta (ubuntu version) also installed.

I tried to unprelink and run the upgrade, it failed.
I tried to force the prelink, and upgrade, and it failed.

status (unpacked - found with dpkg -l openoffice*)

iU  openoffice.org    1.1.3-8ubuntu2.3  high-quality office productivity suit

apt-get install -f gives me the same error.

But Open Office still starts up. :)

I'm at a loss....
