If I uninstall "Ubuntu Gnome" Environment what do I lose?

Or, make a list of everything yo uwant to keep. Using synaptic, mark
the gnome-desktop to be uninstalled. Once you've done that, search
for the specific programs you want, and unmark them, so they aren't
uninstalled. Hit the Apply button. Do it in one step rather than 2.
