OT: Help installing a DNS

Hi people!
I'm trying since few days to set up a dns server on govinda
(http://govinda.no-ip.com/), but i have not good results.
I'm using Debian Sarge and my config files are posted at
http://govinda.no-ip.com/help/help.html.
If i take a look to /var/log/messages I can see this:
Apr 28 12:58:11 govinda -- MARK --
Apr 28 13:18:11 govinda -- MARK --
Apr 28 13:38:11 govinda -- MARK --
Apr 28 13:58:12 govinda -- MARK --
Apr 28 14:18:12 govinda -- MARK --

Apr 28 14:58:12 govinda -- MARK --
Apr 28 15:18:12 govinda -- MARK --
Apr 28 15:38:12 govinda -- MARK --

So, each 20 minutes happend anything...

I'm really lost, reading documentation,... but nothing seems to work.
Please, I need help with that.
What i'm doing wrong?
