I agree this is unacceptable.  Unfortunately, as someone said earlier,
we're all stacked into one timezone at the moment, so coverage around
dinner/late night/et al is limited, so it gets pretty hard to police
the channel as we usually do.  Even when we're here, we're also
pretty busy/tired.

If someone is being outwardly offensive, put 'daniels: please review'
or 'bob2: please review' in channel, and if we're around, the window
will go purple and we'll check it out.
