sudoers file problem (I really messed it up)

I did the same thing.

simplest fix...

In the grub prompt, go edit and then add "init=/bin/bash" to the boot command
then boot
you will now be root on that machine,
do "mount -o rw,remount /"
then edit sudoers
sync; reboot

You should be set.
