also I'm working on a apt-repo of marllit compiled natively on hoary
so not to have depency issues, I have newer ffmpeg builds there that
work too.  e-mail me off list and I'll give you the addresses.  I
don't have the bandwidth or the resources to allow a ton of people in,
and we are actively looking for a host for this stuff.
