Ubuntu compatible Marillat repo?

Byron: I am all for this. And I'm more than willing to help out,
although I need to brush up on some Deb creating skills. I haven't
used a Debian based distro for a while now. I would propose an i386
and amd64 repository with the stuff available at marillat and
rarewares.org

Email me off list if you or anyone else is interested. I'm not sure if
this list is the proper place to be discussing a new project.
