looking for libmp4v2.so.0

Hey those guys at RareWares are the same guys who test and discuss
codecs at http://www.hydrogenaudio.com
They really know their stuff.

Some other person on the list was talking about creating a repository
like the Marillat one, compiled against Hoary as to avoid the
dependancy nightmare that occurs with Marillat. I would propose that
we also reposit (did i just make up a word?) the Rarewares stuff too.
