OT: [Fwd: Paypal® NET Security Department]

I have receive this email (attached), but since i remember i have add to
any paypal system.
If you check the links at the email, they are for a non know dns name.
I really don't trust in it.
What do you think?
Has anybody receive also this kind of mail ?
