 Nope. But you could have a ID/GID mismatch. Every group and user in a 
system has thier own number. Let say your user, walt has ID 1234, and 
he's in a group smartguys that has a GID 445. You would have to edit 
/etc/passwd after Ubuntu installation and change/add needed IDs/GIDs. If 
you have only one user, you can assume that everything will be OK 
(Debian-based distribution tend to use same values:-).
