Sara,

If you can't find it in synaptic, and you are sure you have the universe
repository enabled, just do, in a terminal,

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install ooqstart-gnome

____________________________________________

That should do it for you. If not, your repositories are not configured
to include universe.
