how to force quit in XFCE

I don't know if is too much too ask, but i am wondering if you could write a howto in to do that. I am impress but would really like to know how to do it. I don't know if I am asking too much but it would be nice.

I always find it easier when you have a gui program to just run the
"xkill" command - the pointer changes to the kill icon - you then
click on your crashed program and its gone
