Rsync and SMB shares

I have a Windows machine share mounted using:
sudo mount -t smbfs -o 
user,quiet,credentials=/home/ruscook/.credentials,umask=0 //tigger/boot 
/mnt/tigger

When I run rsync with the command:
sudo rsync -Caz  --exclude-from /home/ruscook/sync.exclude --include "*" 
/home/www/html/bikes/ /mnt/tigger/bikes/

I get the error:
rsync: chown 
"/mnt/tigger/bikes/NetRides/1998/ToastyToads-Aug1998/Lookout.jpg" 
failed: Operation not permitted (1)

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
