firefox vs opera

Do I care if a Linux user decides to use Opera or not? no. Whatever
works best for the user.

Will Firefox beat Opera?    I don't know; I'm not an oracle. They both
have strengths and weaknesses, and I suspect both will be around for a
long time, or until the next flavour of the month appears on the
browser scene.
