Opera 8 is out

I am not sure what is the deal with opera I went to their website, and says that I cna dowloaded for free, but they also have a section where I can buy. what is thedifference do I get a carppy version. When I updat do I need to unistall and reinstall.

Opera 8 Final is out and it's damn cool! And it's damn secure! And
it's damn feature rich! And it's damn fast and responsive.

The best of all is that a special download for Ubuntu is now available
at http://www.opera.com/download/ (frankly, it's a .deb file for
Debian sarge, but it works...) Indeed, I'm writing this from Opera 8
installed on my Ubuntu system.

Go get it! Now!
