Rhythmbox Problems

Well after my work needs "forced" me to install Windows I left Ubuntu 
for about a week...so now I reinstalled ubuntu and tried to launch 
Rhythmbox however was getting a few errors so I installed libdvdcss2 and 
win32codecs and almost everything that said it was a plugin or codec. I 
also have installed gstreamer0.8-plugins and still continue to get the 
error message

There is no element present to handle the stream's mime type audio/mpeg.

Any Ideas?
