wpa_supplicant - orinoco - how to ?

Hi!

As I am running a wireless network at home and would best like security 
I can do I wanna use WPA. The problem is that I couldn't figure out how 
to configure and how to start wpa_supplicant. I've researched on the 
wiki and found a howto, but to be honest I didn't understand it ;-(
Does anybody know where I can find an easy Configuration?
