Time issue - switching between Wind---s and Ubuntu.

Windows does not know how to use the hardware clock set to GMT, it
expectes it to be local time, then figures out GMT based on time zone.
(dumb.)
So I don't think you really have the hardware clock set the way you
think you do.
From what I hear, if you want Windows to use the hardware clock, you
need to set it to local time. There is a Hoary setting somewhere to do
the same.
