Widget/Control color tweaking applet for GNOME.

Last year when I was using Fedora Core 3 I had happened upon an applet
that would allow you to change any widget, control or window color in
GNOME.  I remember using it and screwing up the colors and not knowing
how to get them back. LOL

In any event, a few weeks ago I happened upon it again while playing
with Ubuntu (I've yet to install it I've been going the live CD
route).

Now suddenly it's gone and nowhere to be found.

Is anyone familiar with this applet? If so, what is it called? I've
Googled like crazy and come up empty.
