Startup Script for Firefox

Just a (lateral) thought - do you actually need a window manager at all?
If all you want to run is full screen Firefox and the user doesn't need
to be able to move/size/minimise etc the window then you can just start
Firefox from the login script and when/if they kill it they're logged
out.
