Yesterdays Hoary updates break Nautilus?

In reference to this... I deleted one panel, and when i tried to add
the windows selector to the one left i got that issue. Now i haven't
got the windows selector and i cannot add it to my panel. Is there a
way to restore the panels to the ubuntu default?
