1 - Find the rpm, perhaps in your home directory: 'ls ~/*.rpm'
2 - You can use alien to convert it to a debian package. It may
already be on your systems or you can apt-get it. (

3 - Use dpkg to install your new debian package: dpkg -i /path/to/<your-deb>.deb
