Network/FTP/HTTP Install for Hoary?

I've been through the wiki, and can't find a thing about installing from
a network location for 5.04/Hoary.

The cd-rom in my laptop is just flakey enough to not read the packages
reliably, but it WILL boot the install CD.

I have the contents of the install CD on another server. Is there any
boot option to make it pull the files from the ftp site (or http, or
smb, etc) rather than the CD-Rom?
