Hoary Upgrade - Unable to start Gnome

Hi Ubuntus



Just like the Ubuntu-fellow who has just upgraded to Hoary, we do have
problems just to upgrade to Hoary when Warty is already installed?
There is not even one obvious link, nor instructions visible in the
release notes. From forum-answers, it seems like we can use apt-get
update / upgrade ubuntu-base, or synaptic - but is this safe and
functional?

Please mail me as soon as possible!

These questions might be very embarresing for me or the Ubuntuforum
