We use Bazaar internally for large projects, and seems to have all the
benefits of Darcs except for a Windows build (I'm sure the Bazaar team would
love to hear from people who can help with that).

Yup. But I suspect 'future' in the case of Bazaar-NG is closer than most
people expect given its rapid pace of development. It has already become
self hosting and being used by the brave, but I suspect most developers will
be happier starting with Bazaar and following its stable releases until it
turns into Bazaar-NG.
