recommendation for best tv video card?

Yes, I have already gathered (when I tried to fix it), that the problem
only shows when using SECAM. I found only one other lister with the same
card, using SECAM, and he has the same problems. Other people (USA etc)
who don't use SECAM, appear not have any problem.

Actually the card "half works" in Hoary. The problem is that if you
change channel from the TV app, the card will NOT change channel. What I
have to do, each and everytime I want to change channel is :

1) Set channel with the TV app, picture doesn't change, stays on current
channel.

2) Set TV norm to "PAL" (and get garbage, of course)
3) Set TV norm back to SECAM : the card's tuner suddenly dares to switch
to the desired channel... at last.
4) Loop to 1) every time you want to change station... :-/

It does it regardless of what TV app I use (XawTV, Zapping...), but I
don't know where the problem is, kernel seems to load the correct
module, card and tuner type etc (well, it loads the same things as Warty
does, anyway). So don't know what's wrong.
