recommendation for best tv video card?

Thanks, if you can reproducte the problem, that would be great.
But I remember someone on the list said he had almost the same card as
me ("Pinnacle PC TV Deluxe", mine is not "Deluxe"), who did NOT have any
problem. But he was using PAL or NTSC, wheeras I am in France so I use
SECAM. So if you don't use SECAM where you live...

Still, I welcome any help ! :-)

I will file a bug in bugzilla, I hope the Devs can fix it for Breezy,
otherwise I will have to stick with Warty yet for another release
cycle...
