Software KVM application?

VNC might do that for you: Run tightvnc server, or one of its
relations, on each of the (I assume headless) machines and then
connect to each over the network. You can remote a display for
Windows, Linux or even Mac OSX using VNC, AFAIK. Is that what you
mean?
