You know, I've been using evolution pretty much exclusively since 0.8 or
so (and the monkeys would have a hard time trying to find a more
satisfied user). Used to be, I needed to keep track of how evolution was
coming along (and maintain obsessive backups, since I no longer
program), but since about 1.2 I stopped worrying about it eating
anything. I admit the warnings for pre 2.0 gave me pause, but only for a
while :) I only mentioned the workaround for threading of messages
without proper references since it was the last thing I did manually. I
also hope it made me look less like a dufe.
For the last couple of years, it's been pleasant to trust someone else's
work :)
