[Hoary] Bluetooth GUI Packages

For those who have the same problem with icons being missing from the
menus after installing gnome-bluetooth, gnome-obex-server, and
gnome-phone-manager I've raised a bug so Edd will hopefully fix his
package(s) :)

I know it's not important per se, but this is the kind of issue that
could put off some users who don't like getting under the hood. In
windows, for example, a blank icon is usually the sign of a
removed/uninstalled program.
