I re-installed my Warty recently, yet I already have problems ! :o(
I am trying to install some packages with Synaptic.
For example I am trying to install this very usual package :
"gnome-core-devel", and this is the error message I get :
*******************
Could not mark all packages for installation or upgrade.
The following packages have unresolvable dependencies.
Make sure that all repositories are added and enabled
in the preferences.
----
gnome-core-devel:
Depends: libeel2-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libnautilus2-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libgnomevfs2-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libpanel-applet2-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libgnomeui-dev but it is not going to be installed
* Depends: librsvg2-dev but it is not going to be installed
******************
I searched for all these packages one by one, they all happen to be in
main, strange, should be easy then! :o(
Here is my sources.list, I removed the Warty CD, then re-added it, then
commented out and added the main repositories by hand (see end of file).
Did I do it wrong ? When I click the "reload" button in Synaptic, it
doesn't complain of anything anyway. There is also the marillat repo,
disabled.
I really can't see what's wrong, could someone send me a working Warty
sources.list please ??
Regards,
