Any "Compellng" reason to upgrade?

This is (another) good reason to avoid third-party repositories.  If there
are packages there which are not in the Ubuntu repositories, we'd like to
have them in Ubuntu.

A DVD image is created for this purpose; it contains all software in main.

How do you suggest that this information could be better communicated?  It
is already in the FAQ.
