Which filesystem should I use

IIRC, I couldn't find any paper stating of a _real_ difference in
average usage, so in the end what I think decided me was extended
partition manipulation (resize etc...) capabilities over ext3, which can
be even more interesting when put on top of LVM or EVMS...
