DVD Backup for PowerPC ( Mac G4 )

Hi,

Is DVD backup of any kind not supported in the PowerPC flavor of
Ubuntu?  The Marillat repository appears to be x86 only.  I've grepped
through the forums and all discussion seems to be around tools that
don't exist for Ubuntu on a PowerPC.  In my case I have a Dual G4 Mac
Desktop that I installed Ubuntu Hoary on.  I can burn DVDs fine, I
just have no idea where to find software to back up DVD movies to my
hard drive.

Any help much appreciated.

Is there a PowerPC list?
