Interesting... I came up with the exact opposite reasoning !
Warty works fine, Hoary has problems, so my reasoning was :"stick with
Warty and wait for the HOary problems to be fixed by Breezy !".
I have very little previous epxerience of Linux, but before Wart, I have
been playing with Mandrake as my first distro for about 2 years, and
after trying several releases, it clearly showed that their is a
recurrent pattern whereby things that work for release A, don't work
anymore in release B, but are back working again in release C ! Go
figure. This is how I got a bit desperate about Linux, thinking it was
great but that it had no future because it was unable to go forward, due
to this "one step forward, on step backward" problem.
So, I can somehow "feel" ;o) that everything that works for me in Warty
but not in Hoary anymore, will probably work again in Breezy !
So, I am sticking to Warty, and will start testing Breezy as soon as the
devs tell us that we can switch to the breezy repositories... :o)
