Just changed my connection speed from 2048/768Kb (nominal) to
8192/1024Kb. My bittorrent upload speed moved up to 105KB from 80KB :-)

10 points to my ISP: after clicking OK at their web page to change the
connection speed it took about one minute for the change to take effect.
Didn't have to restart anything, not my PC nor the ADSL box. Not even
was the bittorrent upload interrupted. Things seem to get better and
better.
