Synaptic in Hoary

Hi:

I did a dist-upgrade on my laptop last night.  Now running Hoary
Hedgehog and I'm very pleased with it.  My congratulations to the
development team.  I'll upgrade my desktop once BitTorrent finishes
getting the cd image.

My only question is where is Synaptic?  I don't see it on the menus
anywhere.  (This is probably a stupid question, but sometimes they're
necessary.)
