Call for testers: Xfce 4.2.1.1 in Ubuntu Hoary Universe [from Xfld]

Thanks to the people working on the Xfce4 packages for ubuntu. 

I am using xfce with another distro and will use with ubuntu when
available. I have not been able to install (under ubuntu hoary-rc,
i386) because of "E: Broken packages" dependency problems that don't
know how to fix. 

Two Questions:

1. did Xfce4 make it into hoary-final?
2. is there a solution to the "E: Broken packages"  issue
