Downloading a deb file from one of Ubuntu's repository andinstalling it on more than one system

Hi

I've just fresh installed Hoary on my notebook. I copied the contents of 
/var/cache/apt/archives before cleaning the entire hard disk to a CD. Now I 
want to install JDK 1.5 that I've copied to the CD-ROM from the apt's cache. 
How can I do that (with resolving all the dependencies.)
