spam, renaming threads (was: Approved mortage rate

it would be nice if those replying
would change the subject of a thread
when it does not fit the content of a post anymore.

i do it sometimes,
but notice the forum does not honour these changes.

in this case changing the subject is helpful
because the old subject made me label
the legitimate messages as spam first
and because it trains bad spelling of mortgage.
