This is common misconcepction. Developers don't work from x to y as
stated in contract. They mostly work when they feel like it. So, yes,
sometimes +12h, too.
Developing stuff is like writing a book, you just can't go to the
office, write few pages and when the clock hits 16, leave office and
forget. When you're at home, you will still think about your project,
you will read a book related to your project, you have a computer --
what will stop you from playing with a project when you're at house?
When you sit on IRC, and JDub is joining, this is a sign that all you
EU based guys should hit the bed. If you're still up and working when he
says, that he's going to bed, that a simple sign that you're addicted to
your project. :-)
