Not sure about the picture... I prefer to read them on the list but not
see them. Just like I like hearing my favorite journalists on the radio,
and like to let my imagination wander as I listen to them. Once, a
journalist I like a lot, decided to make a similar program.... on TV, I
didn't even know, and came accross his program by mistake, and obviously
saw his face and everything. Now, when I listen to him on the radio,
it's jsut not the same anymore... :o(

However, what about adding their age, and a short "resume" to show what
projects they have been working on to gain their experience.
The thing is, they always seem so knowledgeable and have answers to
everything, so I always picture them being 45+ year old ex-Unix gurus
reconverted in Linux for say the past 10 years. 
But then, I listen to interviews of Mark S and Jeff Waugh on LUG Radio,
and they seemed much younger...  Maybe they never worked on Unix and
grew up with Linux from the start ? Don't know... but curious :o)
