amd64 ia32-libs missing locales for X aplication

Hello all,

I'm running Hoary for amd64.

I have a 32 bits only application here which says:

Warning: locale not supported by Xlib, locale set to C
Warning: X locale modifiers not supported, using default

It's only a warning but later the program crashes. I guess (from my
investigations about it) that the problem is the lack of locale data
files in /usr/X11R6/lib32/X11/locale.

Yet, after having put there the files from xlibs-data_6.8.2-10_all.deb
it still doesn't run.

And btw, yes this is a proprietary app, and I don't have any other to
replace it (this is a work computer). I guess I'll have to install
the 32 bits version of Hoary if I don't solve this soon, which is
quite unfortunate on such a machine.

Thanks,
Rui
