re-enabling root and disabling plain user

Remove your user from the sudoers file and edit ALL menu entries in
order to make hem use gksu instead of gksudo.

But please read the discussions about sudo vs. su with regard to safety
before you do this. The sudo way of doing things might need some getting
used to, but really is more secure.
