Where has the code of conduct gone.... you make it sound like I will
post duplicates on purpose ! For joe public, searcing for duplicates is
very hazardous and extremely time consuming, so the only thing he can
reasonably do is do a quick 2 minute search for each bug, and if nothing
obvious comes up, file his bug.
I find that "bug buddy" was very user friendly and efficient I find, and
showed you a list of "common bugs" so that you don't make obvious
duplicates, but Bug Buddy doesn't work in Ubuntu, it takes you straight
to Bugzilla instead.

I certainly never complained about people (why would I). Maybe you took
some things personal in the past, and I am sorry for that. Communicating
via e-mail, in a language that's not mine, doesn't help, I guess.
Or maybe it's just my wording. I will try to work on that...

I do appreciate when things improve, and I have often posted to give
credit and thanks to the appropriate devs for every effort they made,
but it seems that these posts get unnoticed and you only remember those
that caused some gripe... I guess it's just human nature that works this
way... ;o)
Anyway, I hope bug buddy will be fixed, or that it will be replaced with
an even better GUI, and in the meantime I will do what I reasonably can
to avoid duplucates, whilst still filing them, as I don't want to
"complain" ;o) about a bug in Hoary+1, then discover in October, that
the bug has never been reported at all... I would be mad at myself...
