yeah, it would be good to have a stand alone calendar in the universe. sunbird looks promising, though its only at 0.2. I believe its on the list of candidates to go into universe, maybe at 0.3?

personally i'd rather have a set of applications that work well together than a calender+email, or email+web or web+diskformating+imageediting+kitchensink suite. (note the work well togther)
