Hoary and Cardbus flash cards

Hello,
I'm using an update Hoary version and have a laptop with PCMCIA. I use a
Compact Flash adapter to plug in my CF card to the PCMCIA slot. With
recent Hoary versions, this doesn't seem to work.
In my system log, I see:
Apr 4 22:43:44 localhost cardmgr[7578]: socket 0: ATA/IDE Fixed Disk
Apr 4 22:43:45 localhost cardmgr[7578]: executing: 'modprobe ide-cs'
Apr 4 22:43:45 localhost kernel: Uniform Multi-Platform E-IDE driver
Revision: 7.00alpha2
Apr 4 22:43:45 localhost kernel: ide: Assuming 33MHz system bus speed
for PIO modes; override with idebus=xx
Apr 4 22:43:45 localhost kernel: Probing IDE interface ide0...
Apr 4 22:43:45 localhost kernel: hda: LEXAR ATA FLASH, CFA DISK drive
Apr 4 22:43:45 localhost kernel: ide0 at 0x100-0x107,0x10e on irq 3
Apr 4 22:43:45 localhost kernel: ide-cs: hda: Vcc = 3.3, Vpp = 0.0
Apr 4 22:43:45 localhost cardmgr[7578]: executing: './ide start hda'
However, nothing else happens. I don't have a /dev/hda or a /dev/ide at
all. (My HDD is SATA).
Is there anything else I can do to debug this? Here is the output of
"cardctl info":
jeff at jeff-6000:/etc/pcmcia$ cardctl info
PRODID_1=" LEXAR ATA FLASH CARD "
PRODID_2="TWISTER"
PRODID_3="TTE01"
PRODID_4=""
MANFID=4e01,0200
FUNCID=4
Thanks
Jeff
