WinSCP

I have a strange problem with ssh. I am able to ssh into my box (running
Hoary) but when trying to use WinSCP it connects but then keeps asking
me a session password. 

The only way I am able to get around it is to hash out ALL lines in the
sshd_config file. 

Is there a specific line in this file that I can hash out or is hashing
out everything the only way to allow WinSCP connections?
