when hoary final will be released?

I wonder Matt, Warty IIRC was released on October 20th, so one would
expect Hoary in 2 weeks, not today or tommorow. considering how fast and
efficient you all are, and given that many little things need sorting
(like this clearlooks bug to start with...), 2 more weeks would give the
chance to sort some problems or polish things up, no ?
And even if you release it after April 20th, say on the 30th, what's
wrong ?  Why decide on such an early date ? What's involved ?
